What is in the product?
That’s Awesome use a combination of enzymes and organic ingredients that conform to the EU and World Health Authorities Organisation. Our ingredients are completely biodegradable and are not toxic to streams and water ways (see MSDS).
Are That’s Awesome Products natural?
The word ‘natural’ is very broad and is applied to so many different areas of life. It is used when talking about everything from skin products to the food we consume. We talk about how natural feels, looks and even smells. In our case we are of course talking about cleaning products. When we use this word we want to know that it is not going to harm us or our family or our environment. Everything has a chemical composition – including natural ingredients! However, there are things that are classified as natural that can also be harmful. So the selection of natural ingredients is extremely important. And that is exactly what we have done at That’s Awesome! We have selected only the finest quality ingredients that are non-toxic and eco-friendly and when used correctly will not cause harm.
Is it chemical free?
Everything is made up of a chemical composition so the question should be are these chemicals harmful? None of That’s Awesome Products contain any harsh or caustic chemicals or bleaches.
How is it eco-friendly?
Eco friendly suggests environmentally friendly - That’s Awesome product dissolve dirt and grime by emulsifying and separating the dirt into 2 parts
Is it Eco-certified?
All ingredients are certified as environmentally friendly. They are all water soluble and do not harm aquatic life in streams waterways or rivers etc.
How does it save water?
None of our products require any water for rinsing!! Even our Car Cleaner!!
Can I replace all of my caustic cleaners?
We recommend replacing all of your harsh chemical cleaners with That’s Awesome. We have a product for every job and because of the effectiveness of our cleaners you no longer have the need for caustic cleaning products.
Is it safe for my envirocycle?
Because of the bio-degradable and non-toxic nature of our products, it is safe for envirocycle and septic systems. It will not affect the environmental and chemical balance of your system.
Are That’s Awesome Products bio-degradable?
All of our products are bio-degradable because they breakdown the source and the waste decompose soil by a natural process of the enzymes and carbon dioxide ………
Is it safe around pets and children?
When using any cleaning product we should always take care around our children and pets but our products are non-toxic and safe. Always follow the instructions on the label.
Is it allergy friendly?
No allergic reactions have been recorded in our entire product range.
Is it tested on animals?
We are proudly cruelty free and none of our ingredients or products are tested on animals.
Is That’s Awesome Vegan-friendly?
All of our products are suitable for vegans and do not contain any animal derivatives.
Can it safely clean my oven?
That’s Awesome BBQ Cleaner is food grade safe so can be used straight after cleaning without affecting taste or smells of food.

Usage and Results
Does it clean mould?
Yes it cleans mould, however it cannot clean mould that has damaged or stained the surface.
Can it kill mould?
Yes That’s Awesome Tile and Grout cleaner kills the spores of mould. Bleaches and cream cleaners tend to just ‘white out’ the problem and actually promote mould. Sometimes it can take several treatments until enzymes have had time to bond onto surface being cleaned.
Does it kill bacteria?
Yes the anti-bacteria in the product act a catalyst to start to activate the enzymes
Can stain remover remove all stains?
Our Stain Remover can remove most stains including heavy duty and protein stains. It cannot remove permanent stains or burns.
Is it safe to use on tinted windows?
All of our products are safe on tinted glass & windows.
Should I avoid any surfaces?
All That’s Awesome are completely safe and cannot damage any surface. However we always recommend to check for colour fastness in an inconspicuous area.
Is there a used by date?
That’s Awesome Products have a shelf life of 24 months (keep in a cool dark area).
How do I wash Microfibre cloths?
Machine wash on warm cycle. Wash separately to avoid colour running. Normal detergent and no bleaches. Do not use fabric softeners and avoid washing with cottons. Line or Tumble dry on low heat.
How do I wash mop pad?
Machine wash on warm cycle. Wash separately to avoid colour running. Normal detergent and no bleaches. Line Dry only.

What is your warranty policy?
Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at info@thatsawesome.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We recommend that you return the product via registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. That’s Awesome Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Can I buy in bulk?
If you hold a commercial customer login you can buy our products in bulk. However, our domestic customers have the option of buying 5 litre bottles of product. And a few products in a 20litre drum.
Do you offer discounts and specials?
We sure do! Once you create an account for yourself as either a commercial or domestic customer, you will receive our emails containing all of our specials and discount codes customised to your needs.
What’s the difference between commercial and domestic products?
There is no difference in the product range sold to commercial and domestic customers. However, we know our different customers require different uses for our products so we have tried to tailor make our website to make it more easy and convenient when you are searching for information. Our commercial customers have access to buying our products in bulk and commercial cleaning machines.
